The Committees will play an essential role for the Chamber’s activities especially in Belgium. The committees contribute with their knowledge and experiences in identifying and choosing interesting topics and common business issues, which can be raised and addressed at special events, which the committees organize. The committee’s members will meet on a regular basis and organize the events in cooperation with the Chamber secretariat, which will coordinate these events. The committee system encourages co-operation between members within the same industry, across industries or within the same profession. The committees also serve as a networking platform between its members and it allows them to exchange their knowledge and experiences.

The current committees are:

  • Membership committee
  • Tax, Legal & Treasury committee
  • Business development committee
  • Lobbying committee (towards the EU Institutions and Belgian authorities)
  • Fund Forum Platform Luxembourg
